Following the success of our five business centres in just a time span of eight years we are now expanding our operations aggressively to Nehru Place in south Delhi. Standing right beside the Eros hotel is International Trade Tower and on the second level is our brand new business centre coming up soon.
Heading towards expansion, Nakul Mathur, Director of Operations, Avanta Business Centre, said that, “The demand for office space in a metropolitan city never ceases. Nehru Place was on our radar as it is the South Asia’s largest IT market. Choosing a location was the most important aspect for us and it could not be better than this.”
With International Trade Tower at Nehru Place, it will be our sixth business centre in Delhi NCR that is expected to come up soon. Tracing the growth story of Avanta, it started its operations in the year 2008 with the iconic location of the Statesman House in Connaught Place, which is the world’s seventh costliest location today. Till then, the concept of a business centre was still at a nascent stage and was catching up in Delhi.
Banging onto the next leap, the year 2012 marked the welcome of our second business centre at Southern Park in Saket. It is the perfect location to conduct business that encourages many entrepreneurs to ply with us. Our transparency in dealing is our USP that we vie on.
We welcomed Gurgaon to be a part of our assortment in the year 2014. Silverton Tower in sector-50 at the golf course extension road became the choice of many start-ups who wanted to focus on just their business while we removed hassles to bring convenience in their functioning. Park Centra on NH-8 also became a reality with us in the same year. Two business centres in Gurgaon in the same year is a story that tells a lot about our accomplishments.
If that was a feast then this is again a treat. The next year saw the arrival of a Worldmark-2, Aerocity in Delhi. Unlocking the new business centre destination with the world’s best hospitality industry was the proposition that drove us to prove it right.
