Could you please tell me something about yourself and your company?

My name is Vinu and I'm the director for Interzign Travel and Technology Pvt. Ltd. So we are basically dealing with a cruise business. So basically like cruise bookings.

How you came to know about Avanta

So as I said, our product is a premium one. Like we are dealing with cruises and cruises is not something which is easily booked or something. So a place which is comfortable for us as well as for the clients who like when they visit our offers or the ambience, which is also important for our clients.

What key factors were you considering while searching for an office space?

So that was one of the main criteria which we were looking for. So that place, I think this as a business center, we are able to, all our requirements were able to match today.

How would you describe the professional environment?

As such, if you see like in an office, we require the meeting space, a seating area and an open area for the employees also to spend some time. Like obviously, when we are dealing with a lot of passengers and clients, the needs and there might be certain calls which are not that easily handled. So after that, they would like to have a break. So a place like a cafeteria here, like where they can go spend some time and then get back to their work with a fresh mind.

Can you share your experience working with the Avanta team?

The team is available here. Well, like I won't say it's twenty four into seven buildings, obviously, during the operational hours, the team is available here. And whenever required, we can just knock the door, they are available.

What do you value the most about being at Avanta?

So that is that was also one of the requirements. And plus for the clientele base, if you see someone who wants to reach out to us, then those passengers are like premium passengers for us. They like starting from the parking space till the ambience in the office, everything is important. Like when we put in a product like that. So as people, some someone coming here, spending almost two thousand, three thousand dollars minimum, the booking value. And it goes up to like ten to twelve thousand. So that was something very important for us. Yeah, that is professional enough, plus that gives an advantage, like we can even reach out to other clients, like when someone else is coming to another office, might be seeing our banner, they can even get into and book their holiday. So that is an advantage for us.
