Q: Can you please introduce yourself and your role?
A: I’m Shelinder Gulati, Assistant General Manager – Sales and Marketing at Burgger Nepon Paints Automotive Coatings.
Q: Could you tell us a bit about your company?
A: It’s a Japanese collaboration between Burgger and Nippon Paint Japan. We’ve been operating in India for over 10 years now.
Q: How did you come across Avanta?
A: We got in touch with Avanta through Cushman & Wakefield, who helped us find this office space. This location in Gurgaon was our preferred choice because of its convenience.
Q: What influenced your decision to choose Avanta?
A: We’d already heard great things about Avanta. Some of our existing customers like JSG are located on the ground floor. The coworking environment here is really good – you meet great people and make meaningful connections.
Q: How has your networking experience been at Avanta?
A: It’s been excellent. We’ve built several connections—some with potential business partners or service providers. These are relationships we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise.
Q: What do you personally like most about Avanta?
A: I really enjoy the social and professional connections. I love interacting with people and often find myself chatting for an hour or two, sometimes during lunch or even after office hours.

A: Yes, they periodically organize events and celebrate festivals beautifully. It brings a real sense of community.
Q: How does Avanta compare to your corporate office in Noida?
A: Honestly, we prefer working from Avanta rather than traveling to our main office in Noida. It’s more convenient logistically and the experience here is very fulfilling.
Q: What would you say about Avanta’s location?
A: The location is fantastic – easily accessible, right off the highway, and well-connected. Commuting is never a problem.
Q: How has your overall experience with Avanta been so far?
A: It’s been great. Avanta has provided everything we need. We’re not considering shifting elsewhere—rather, we’re thinking of expanding within the same building.
Q: Have you hosted any important meetings at Avanta?
A: Yes, we recently held our global meeting in Avanta’s conference room. It was attended by our teams from China, Japan, Singapore, and others. Everyone appreciated the setup and how well it was managed.
Q: How would you describe Avanta’s approach to client needs?
A: Avanta truly understands and accommodates customer requirements. They make us feel like it’s our own office, not just a rented space. That level of ownership and care is really impressive.
