Could you please introduce yourself and your role?
Hi, my name is Mehak Sukramani. I work with VFS Global Services Private Limited, and I am one of the South Asia leads for a team known as Attestation and Legalization Services.
Could you tell us more about your company's requirements and why you chose Avanta Business Center?
VFS Global partners with numerous clients, including governments, diplomatic missions, and ministries. We particularly look for spaces that are safe and secure, as we deal with original documents, passports, and other critical items. The office space needed to be spacious and able to accommodate a team of about 13 people. Additionally, we have a lot of IT equipment, such as printers, barcode scanners, and ICR printers. Avanta's office space has been spacious enough to take care of our security measures, including safe movement.
How has Avanta been flexible in meeting your specific needs?
Avanta has been very flexible when we needed to make changes, such as adjusting the room setup, placing CCTV cameras, or installing fingerprint scanners and attendance systems. They always allowed us to make the adjustments we needed, which definitely enhanced our office's security.
How would you describe the staff and their support?
The team is very cooperative and always smiling. The business center has always been an integral part of our operational team, so it never feels like we are working in just a business center. It always feels like our own space.
How would you rate the overall experience with Avanta Business Center?
I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5. Overall, it's almost excellent. There may be some minor issues, but they are negligible. Avanta has been very accommodating and has provided us with a great space to work in.
What do you think about the location and facilities offered by Avanta?
The property is in a prime location, right in the heart of Connaught Place, and specifically, we are based in Statesman House. It's one of the premium buildings in New Delhi. The entire center is well-lit, with services like Wi-Fi, drinking water, and crockery all in place. Everything has been smooth and well-managed.
