My name is Aishwarya, and I am the General Manager at MSoft International Private Limited.

What kind of business do you deal in?

We deal in a lot and have a good land bank, but we are not specifically into real estate.

How did you come across Avanta Business Center?

I just Googled it and got to know about Avanta. Their team mainly operates in South Delhi, which was exactly where we wanted a space.

Why did you choose this particular location?

The locality is excellent. We are adjacent to Select City Walk, which is a great landmark and a positive point. The area itself is amazing, and I love coming here because it gives me positivity.

What motivates you to come to the office every day?

Being in such a good locality motivates me to come to the office daily.
