Q: Can you please introduce yourself and your role at Manikarma?
A: My name is Gaurav Shastri, and I am working with Manikarma as the Executive Vice President. I oversee operations in Delhi NCR, Central India, and parts of West India. Manikarma is a fintech company with a presence in 40 locations across India.
Q: How did you come across Avanta and what made you choose it?
A: I’ve worked in Connaught Place for several years, so I was familiar with the business centre model and Avanta. My company researched various business centres online, and we visited Avanta after finding it on Google. We were impressed by their setup, process, and facilities, which suited our needs perfectly.

Q: How has the co-working environment been for you?
A: It’s been a pleasant surprise. Having different professionals from various industries working on the same floor has been a great experience. It’s now the new normal for us, and the professional environment is exactly what we needed. I have no complaints.
Q: How has Avanta helped you resolve your challenges?
A: Avanta has been a troubleshooter for us. We simply present our problem, and they provide a solution. Whether it’s adjusting our cabin layout, accommodating special requests for our clients, or extending meeting room hours, they always deliver. We’re now used to this high level of service.
Q: How would you rate the housekeeping and general services?
A: The housekeeping is top-notch, on par with Five-Star standards. Avanta manages different companies with varying needs and working hours seamlessly. Even during large meetings or conferences, the day-to-day work of other tenants is never disrupted. It’s impressive.
Q: What impact has Avanta had on your business expansion?
A: Thanks to Avanta, we’ve opened four more branches in the last four years. Their seamless service has saved us from needing to set up private offices with our own housekeeping. This experience has been pivotal in driving our expansion.
Q: Have you referred Avanta to others?
A: Yes, I’ve already recommended Avanta to some corporates like Kotak Bank. After my recommendation, they leased 70 seats at a nearby building. We’re also renewing our own agreement annually, which speaks to our satisfaction.
Q: How would you rate Avanta overall?
A: I would give Avanta a solid 9 out of 10. While nothing is ever perfect, this rating reflects how satisfied we are with their services.
