Q: Could you start by telling us a bit about yourself and your organization?


A: Hi, I’m Alok, and I’m part of Emergence Learning Solutions. To quickly introduce what we do, we offer learning and leadership development solutions to various organizations, both in India and globally. We’ve been in the space for a little over 5 years now, and in this time, we’ve had the opportunity to serve more than 150 different companies with their diverse learning and leadership development needs.

Q: How did you discover Avanta Business Centre? When did you first hear about it?


A: We’ve known Avanta for quite some time and have always recognized it as a high-quality organization, especially in terms of the services and product offerings. Since we knew that Avanta operates in some of the premium spaces within the Delhi NCR region, we were introduced to them about 7+ years ago.

Q: Did you have any specific needs when looking for your office space?


A: Yes, there were two or three things that were very important to us. First, it had to be a quality space because we believe in offering premium or quality services ourselves. We wanted to make sure that the space for us and our team members was safe, hygienic, and well-located in terms of access to local transportation. While we weren’t looking for something fancy, the key was a space that met a certain minimum standard of quality, cleanliness, and a professional environment. We also didn’t want a typical coworking space or shared office environment.

Q: How would you describe your overall experience with Avanta Business Centre, the team, and the environment?


A: I think there’s an important data point here: we’ve been here for over 5 years now. In fact, we had a fantastic experience when we recently celebrated our 5-year milestone with the Avanta team. This long tenure is a testament to the fabulous experience we’ve had. It’s been a long time in this particular centre, and when we see other businesses working on the same premises, we notice a strong community atmosphere. Many of the people we’ve interacted with have become acquaintances or even friends. Whether it’s during meals, coffee breaks, or other interactions, we’re constantly seeing familiar faces, which fosters a sense of long-term commitment. During extraordinary situations like COVID, things changed, but beyond that, people seem to stay, which is a clear sign that the services are appreciated.

Q: How would you describe the atmosphere within the business community at the centre?


A: It’s very obvious that the people who operate here today are familiar faces. Many of them have become acquaintances or friends. You see the same people during meals or coffee breaks, which creates a sense of continuity and community. People tend to stay, and unless there’s a business decision that forces them to move, they remain at this location, which speaks volumes about the services provided.

Q: What would you say about our centre team, who take care of your day-to-day operations?


A: Every morning when I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm smile, which is more than anyone could ask for. I’m acknowledged by the staff, from the housekeeping staff to the pantry team, and I always feel welcomed. At the end of the day, I also receive a warm send-off. It’s clear that the staff value each tenant and make it a point to offer exceptional service. Whenever we’ve made requests, the team has been responsive. Having been part of the hospitality industry earlier, I can appreciate the behind-the-scenes work, but what matters most is the experience, and it’s been nothing short of positive.

Q: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate Avanta Business Centre in terms of customer experience or overall experience?


A: I would rate Avanta Business Centre a 10 out of 10 without hesitation.
