Q1: Could you share what specific requirements you had in mind when searching for a workspace, particularly in terms of the office location?
A1: Innovation was a process we had in mind to create an organization. At that time, I searched for office locations primarily in Delhi or Gurgaon. We came across the current office space, and now the business is flourishing. The people are happy, and employees are pleased to stay and work here.
Q2: How long has your association with Avanta been, and in what ways has Avanta contributed to the success of your organization?
A2: This centre was specially created with Avanta and started in 2017. The business was brought from Italy and expanded to regions like China, America, and Australia. I can proudly say that with Avanta, I never thought I’d close other centres and have everything operating from India.
Q3: How flexible has Avanta been in terms of supporting your organization in scaling up and adapting to changes?
A3: Flexibility was available from Avanta from the beginning. No organization starts big. It starts smaller, with the flexibility to grow. I started with just two seats and today, I have around 40 seats in my office.
Q4: What do you like most about your experience with Avanta?
A4: The unique activity at Avanta is their flexibility and open approach. They listen to you, which is invaluable in any organization.
Q5: What do you appreciate most about the support and services provided by Avanta’s operations and admin team?
A5: When it comes to operations or the front desk, I’ve never encountered boundaries. Anyone from Avanta is always open for discussions, regardless of their specific area of work. This openness is something any organization should appreciate, and I personally value it.
Q6: How would you rate your overall experience with Avanta during your 7-year journey?
A6: If I were to rate UFI’s overall experience with Avanta, I would give it 8.5 out of 10. I never give a perfect score because there’s always room for improvement. I see areas where people could stretch themselves a little bit more, but overall, the experience has been great. That’s why I have stayed with Avanta for such a long period.
