A: Hi, I’m Chitra Iyer, the co-founder and CEO of Space to Grow. Space to Grow is a human-first consulting firm, and we work on issues like digital safety for children, anti-human trafficking, inclusive skilling, and child protection.
Q2: How long have you been with Avanta, and how has your company evolved?
A: We started our boot-up company at Avanta five years ago, and since then, we have been scaling up. What started with just two of us has now grown into a proper team, and we now have a two-room space here. As Avanta has grown, we have grown together.

A: We scouted a lot of places before coming across Avanta. I still remember walking into Avanta for the first time, and the moment I entered, I felt—this is the place where we want to be. More than just an office, we needed a space where we could really work productively. Both Anuj and I instantly knew that this was the right place to set up our startup.

A: As a formal startup consulting firm, we needed a space where we could host our clients in a professional setting. It was important to have a good meeting space, a great pantry, and a quiet environment to work in. We didn’t want a place that was too laid-back, but also not overly serious. Avanta struck the perfect balance—it offers a quiet workspace while also providing areas where you can relax when you step out.
Q5: How would you describe the atmosphere at Avanta?
A: The atmosphere is really good and has only improved over time. There’s a lot of diversity here—young entrepreneurs, experienced professionals setting up their ventures—so the variety of people creates great conversations and networking opportunities.
Q6: How has the support and service been at Avanta?
A: The front desk team is always approachable, and it’s easy to get things done. Even if there’s an issue, you don’t have to worry about escalation—things get resolved quickly. There’s always a backup in place, so you never feel stuck.
Q7: What do you love most about your office space at Avanta?
A: I love my room—it has glass walls, and I can see outside instead of just staring at my computer all day. That openness makes a difference. Also, the overall vibe of the workspace is amazing—it makes you want to come in every day and work.
Q8: How does Avanta enhance the work experience beyond just office space?
A: Everything here is celebrated, and there’s always something happening at Avanta. The decorations during festivals are phenomenal—it really makes you feel the festive spirit. And I have to give full credit to the team for making the space lively and engaging.
Q9: What’s your favorite recent upgrade at Avanta?
A: The coffee machine! It’s the best now. I don’t have to wonder whether to order from Starbucks or Third Wave anymore—Avanta has taken care of that!
Q10: How would you sum up your experience at Avanta?
A: It’s a great place to work. My work is very important to me, and when people visit, they always say, “Wow, what a great place!” That feeling should continue to grow. Avanta should keep building on this and never compromise on the fantastic work environment they have created. I’d definitely recommend Avanta!
