Q: Can you introduce yourself and your role at CoinSwitch?
A: My name is Vitesh, and I head public policy for CoinSwitch, which is India’s leading crypto trading platform.

Any issues like leakages or spillages are quickly addressed, and the pantry area is always neat and clean. The washrooms are also well-maintained, which is important as we have staff of all genders. Overall, the staff is very cooperative and responsive.

A: Two things stand out for me. Firstly, the workspaces have a very friendly and collaborative environment—it doesn’t feel isolating. Secondly, the vibe is highly professional, which is essential for us as we work in the startup ecosystem. Having a positive, energetic atmosphere with a young workforce around is crucial, especially since it’s just the two of us in the office.
