My name is Ru Su, and I head sales and marketing for BL Aesthetics, which is the aesthetic division of Be Life Sciences. Be Life Sciences is a leading player in heart valves and cardiology equipment, with both manufacturing and exporting operations.
Q: How did you first hear about Avanta Business Centre?
Our head office is in Noida, and I was looking for office space in Gurgaon. We explored several co-working spaces, including one next to Avanta. The environment has been very professional. The front desk staff is consistently warm and welcoming, making the atmosphere pleasant. It’s been eight months, and I haven’t encountered a day where the staff hasn’t greeted us with a smile.

The support from the team has been excellent. They address any issues we face, whether related to security or facilities. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are exceptional, making us feel safe and cared for.
Q: What impact has Avanta had on your overall work experience?
Avanta allows us to focus on our work without worrying about logistics like coffee service or meeting room bookings. The environment is professional and safe, which is especially important for our female staff. Events like the August celebration have been wonderful, enhancing our experience further.
Q: Would you recommend Avanta to others? If so, why?
I would definitely recommend Avanta and already have. I’ve invited personal associates and friends here for coffee, and the environment encourages that. My husband, who is an interior designer, has also referred potential clients because he appreciates the space.
