The BSP is designed to bring together a variety of business required services into one convenient package for ease of billing and administration. The package contains a number of elements each of which has some specific restrictions and/or associated terms and conditions. These restrictions and/or terms are not designed to be punitive, but seek to ensure that the package is not abused and that services are available on an equable basis for all centre users. Reliable high-speed Internet access is now essential to every business, not just for surfing and downloading, but often to establish Virtual Private Networks for access to corporate networks and secure servers. This can be costly and difficult to supply. Avanta has the answer in bringing high speed direct internet access from Tata & Reliance. We take upto 50Mbps connection and share this with other users in the building through our dedicated data switches.Voice services too have not stood still, and whilst a mobile phone is an essential tool, a high quality landline with a direct dial number is essential to give your business a geographic presence. Combined with our state of the art CISCO / MITEL VOIP handsets, we give you the ability to log in at any desk convenient to you in your office or our meeting rooms, and manage your call diverts, handset settings and corporate directories online, through a secure web portal. Our services continue to develop in this area, and we are proud to have partnered with Datacraft, one of Cisco’s premier partners in India to bring these services to you.
