2. Voice Service Management e. Configure and manage delivery of Voice services to customers - Standard supplies will be templated.
- Working with Mitel/Cisco IPT leading edge technologies, the role will require knowledge of telephony services. The candidate will be expected to provide a fully working functional handset for clients within a strict Service Level Agreement
- Set up client’s voicemail, hunt groups, pickup groups and translation patterns therefore must have some knowledge or familiarity with the terms and functionality of the above.
- The role will include the physical re-patching of Cat6 cabling to provide connectivity and various telephony software administration and programming. Patching records must be updated and an inventory of handsets, patch leads, extension leads maintained.
- The candidate must be pro-active when ensuring that the telephony provision or stock is available to service the clients. The candidate will be working with Mitel/Cisco IPT leading edge technologies.
3. Internal (Business Support) Technology provision f. Review, Maintain, Refresh Enterprise Information Architecture to ensure current and future needs of business are met - Desktop Support to India Team. Ensure adequate and timely levels of end user desktop and application support for all business applications
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Maintain any in-country servers that may be required.
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.

The Person The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in developing new business and third party relationships with either small, medium or large accounts. The candidate needs to have excellent presentation skills, coupled with enthusiasm and an ability to prioritise tasks accordingly. As they will be responsible for updating their contacts and leads on the database they need to be computer literate, as well as numerate, to enable them to make appropriate calculations. As they may be dealing with a variety of different prospective clients, all with varying demands, they must offer excellent problem solving skills, which can tailor solutions to individual needs for what is a particularly consultative process. Key Deliverable - The main function of your role is to act as the IT Developer for the firm. Working closely with internal staff, Peppermint and external consultants you will operate on an agile software development basis to customize Peppermint to the firm’s requirements and to develop new workflows.
- The role is three phased as the three businesses are all at different stages of development.
- National Legal Services has been live on Peppermint for 3 years and has developed workflows that require refreshing and amending as the business requires. GB Solicitors will go live 1st July 2020 and will require in depth support in building workflows, whilst Rooks Rider will migrate in Q4 2020.
- A key part of your role will be the interface with Peppermint in terms of defining and reporting faults, logging enhancement requests and managing new software implementations. You will be fully responsible for all live and test environments.
