15/09/2010 – Avanta celebrates Indian anniversary with occupancy boost

The second anniversary of the opening of Avanta’s Statesman House serviced office centre in New Delhi, India, is being celebrated with the launch of a new look website: https://www.avanta.co.in

“We are receiving an increasing number of New Delhi office space enquiries via the internet, so it is essential that we have a website that promotes our New Delhi location to its best advantage,” comments David Alberto, Avanta’s managing director. “We’ve therefore updated the design of our existing website to provide improved navigation whilst mirroring the same style as our recently- revamped UK website.

“The past year has been tough for Avanta in India, but we’ve now achieved over 95% occupancy and we are now feeling very optimistic about the future. The past six months have seen occupancy levels steadily rising and this, together with increasing numbers of enquiries, puts us in a positive mood.”

New Delhi is also proving attractive to British businesses seeking to enter the Indian marketplace with Statesman House-based client, Sannam S4, recently hosting five interns from King’s College London, who went to New Delhi India to learn about the Indian market.    Adrian Mutton, CEO of Sannam S4 enthusiastically commented, “The Internship was a great success and our five interns had the best placement of all 100 students in New Delhi.  They thoroughly enjoyed working with us at Sannam S4 and were impressed by the world-class facilities at the Avanta, Connaught Place business centre in New Delhi.”
